Hoogestraat Digital GmbH sucht einen engagierten Servicemitarbeiter für unser Finanzteam in Berlin. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden und tragen zur Sicherheit und Effizienz unserer digitalen Netzwerke bei. Sie arbeiten in einem hybriden Modell, das sowohl Büro- als auch Remote-Arbeit umfasst.

Bearbeitung und Lösung von Kundenanfragen im Finanzbereich
Durchführung von Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und -analysen
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsstrategien
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Optimierung der Finanzprozesse
Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentationen für interne und externe Zwecke
Schulung und Unterstützung von Kunden in Bezug auf Sicherheitsprotokolle

Unsere Anforderungen

Wir suchen einen motivierten und qualifizierten Kandidaten, der die folgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
Erfahrung in der Computer- und Netzwerksicherheit
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Finanzsoftware
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
